Infant lessons
6-18 months
Swimmers at the infant level focus on gentle water introduction, helping the youngest swimmers develop comfort and early safety skills in a nurturing environment.

Toddler lessons
19-36 months

Children learning how to swim focus on developing fundamental swimming skills, stroke technique, and crucial water safety awareness, laying the foundation for confident swimming.
