Private Lessons 

Private lessons provide one-on-one instruction, allowing swimmers to receive personalized attention and progress at their own pace.

Semi-Private Lessons

Ideal for siblings or friends who want to learn together or back to back lessons while still benefiting from focused instruction.

Adult Private Lessons

Adults lessons provide one -on- on instruction, allowing swimmers to receive, personalized attention, swim plans, and progress at their own pace. 

Swim Lesson are for every stage of development, from infancy to adulthood, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all.

Infant lessons 

6-18 months  

Swimmers at the infant level focus on gentle water introduction, helping the youngest swimmers develop comfort and early safety skills in a nurturing environment.

Toddler lessons

19-36 months

 Swimmers at the toddler level focus on basic aquatic skills  through play- based instruction creating positive and fun experiences in the pool.

Child and Teens swim lessons

3 years & older

Children learning how to swim focus on developing fundamental swimming skills, stroke technique, and crucial water safety awareness, laying the foundation for confident swimming.

“Independent Swimming”

  • Gain the skills needed to be considered an independent swimmer
  • Breathe on side while swimming freestyle
  • Be introduced to breaststroke with arm and leg coordination
  • Perform independent surface dives
  • Become a safe and confident swimmer
  • Develop efficiency with speed of arm and leg movements together
  • Swim freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke
  • Tread water independently for up to 30 seconds
